Keep in mind that layers can be easily removed and tied around their waist while running will benefit them. As long as the temps are above freezing, most runners should be comfortable wearing running shorts. Runners should also bring water in a reusable water bottle (no plastic water bottles) and a light snack to consume after the run and after cross-training. Coach Dave will have bananas and bagels for the kids. Have a towel in the car in case they are wet.
