Who: Registered Whisper runners
What: Intermediate & advanced middle distance and distance running training
When: Please drop your child off no earlier than 5-minutes before their scheduled start time.
Where: We will meet at Vista Meadows Community Park, which is next to WSUV. Address: 14518 NE 29th Ave, Vancouver, WA. The park entrance opens up to a small park. Coach Dave will be at the sidewalk welcoming runners, who may then walk to the park shelter to visit with their teammates prior to getting started. We will likely run to the WSUV campus and run some of the trails to perform a workout.
