MORE:

  • Saturday morning: aim to eat a breakfast consistent with what you typically have before an ordinary race. Day-of-race changes to ones diet are not advised. Be sure to have a nutritious breakfast and drink plenty of water. Trying new foods or energy substitutes should be done during general training periods, not before races (especially Nationals). Since Coach Dave will be at the race venue early in the morning, we will not meet as a team for breakfast.

  • Saturday evening: After your child’s race, you are free to remain at the event, or go tour the area. We will have a Sundae Bar around 8:00pm or 9:00pm.

Safe travels!
