TRAVEL: This event is held a Chambers Creek Park in University Place, WA, roughly 2.25 hours north from Vancouver (on a good travel day).
FRIDAY
COURSE PREVIEW: I will plan to be at Chambers Creek Regional Park at 3pm on Friday for a course preview. I do realize that this is a less than desirable time, given school and work schedules, along with drive time, but it will allow us time to check into our hotel(s) (see Lodging below) and make it to dinner (see Dinner below) on-time. Plan to depart Chambers Creek by 4:00-4:30pm (depending on weather and the timeliness of everyone showing up) so we can get to the hotel for check-in. The course preview should take 30-60 minutes. For those arriving later, try to arrive before 4:30pm for an abbreviated version of the course.
PREVIEW PARKING: For Friday’s course preview, you may park in the West Overflow Lot which is accessed from Chambers Bay main entry road. (Please see flyer - coming soon.)
LODGING: Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriot, 1515 Wilmington Dr. Dupont, WA, 98327. $159 per night (plus tax) for Double Queen and $179 for Double Queen with rollout (20 rooms on hold). Rates include complimentary parking and breakfast buffet (6-9am). Click here to reserve your room.
FRIDAY NIGHT TEAM DINNER: Farrelli’s Pizza, 8825 NE Tallon Ln., Lacey, WA 98516. $30 per person. Reservations for 6:30pm. Approximate drive time, 10-20 minutes.

SCHEUDLE OF RACES:
ADVANCEMENT: While we will not be traveling as a team to the USATF National Championship Meet, qualifying for the national meet will provide our team with the goal of remaining sharp, excited, and race ready. The top 30 individuals and top 5 teams qualify for the USATF National XC Championship Meet in Shelbyville, Indiana on Saturday, December 14, 2024.
No concessions at this meet. There will be some light snacks at the team canopy - plan accordingly.
VOLUNTEERS: Each team is required to have 1-2 Course Monitors at some point in each race. More info to come shortly.
