MEET INFORMATION: Middle school boys race at 4:30pm and the middle school girls race at 4:50pm. See the meet information page for details. Accounting for afternoon traffic, Blue Lake Regional Park is approximately 1-hour from Vancouver.

WHISPER RUNNERS: Arrive at least 75-minutes prior to the start of your race to get your race bib from Coach Dave, and relax until we begin our warmup, at approximately 50-minutes before the start of the race.
WHAT TO BRING: Water bottle, towel, and an extra change of clothes for after the race if you feel it is necessary.
