WHO: Registered runners preparing for the 2023 Track season.
WHAT: Meet in OSC 135 to store belongings, then head out for an easy 30-40 minute run, followed by 50 minutes of Yoga/Mobility Training.
WHEN: 5:15pm-5:55pm is the run. 6:00-6:50pm is Yoga/Mobility Training.
WHERE: O’Connell Sports Center (OSC) 135 (dance room). Park/Drop-off in Red #1 or #2. Click here to view a campus map.
WHAT TO BRING/WEAR:
Yoga mat and towel.
If you arrive for the run at 5:15pm, come dressed and ready to run. For cooler weather, runners should have a short sleeve shirt beneath a long sleeve shirt, with a windbreaker style jacket as their outer layer. Keep in mind that layers can be easily removed and tied around their waist while running will benefit them. As long as the temps are above freezing, most runners should be comfortable wearing running shorts. Runners should also bring water in a reusable water bottle (no plastic water bottles).
