Who: Registered runners preparing for the 2018 Track season.
What: Speed-Endurance training for runners ranging from the 100m to the 2-mile.
When: Gates open at 5:45pm. Attendance and preparation until 6:00pm, at which time we begin our warm-up, divide into predetermined groups, train, cool-down, and stretching if time allows. Parents are welcome to remain at the stadium and watch practice. We should be done by 7:00pm. Because of a scheduled activity at 7:00 (non-Whisper related), we must be off the track by 7:00pm. Runners may be picked up between 7:00-7:10pm.
