Monday - Hudson's Bay HS Track, 5:30-6:45pm (BYOS)

Who: Runners training for their track season (club, school, or both), or just training for fun!

What: Practice will be finished off with frozen yogurt from Yogurt Time following the workout. Rather than using the plastic spoons offered by Yogurt Time, I'm asking the kids to bring a spoon (BYOS) to practice - if they forget to bring a spoon, they can still get yogurt. The yogurt treat is a way to celebrate the 2023 track season.

When: Please drop your child off no earlier than 5-minutes before their scheduled start time with masks on: We will start and finish on-time.

Where: Hudson’s Bay High School Track, 1601 E McLoughlin Blvd, Vancouver, WA 98663.

What to Bring/Wear: Runners should attend dressed for the conditions wearing layers they can peal off as they get warm: shorts, sweat bottoms, shirt, long-sleeve shirt, windbreaker jacket, and possibly gloves and hat. They should also bring a water, small snack, and any medicines/pharmaceuticals they might need (inhaler, EpiPen, etc.).
