Who: Registered runners preparing for the 2022 Track season.
What: Sprint, middle-distance, and distance training.
When: We will aim to start and end practice on-time.
Where: Hudson’s Bay High School Track, 1601 E McLoughlin Blvd, Vancouver, WA 98663. We may train off-site at nearby facilities (Clark 1k loop, dirt track off Reserve & Mill Plain, Fort Vancouver Park, etc.).
Bring/Wear: Runners should attend dressed for the conditions wearing layers they can peal off as they get warm: shorts, sweat bottoms, shirt, long-sleeve shirt, windbreaker jacket, and possibly gloves and hat. They should also bring a water, and any medicines/pharmaceuticals they might need (inhaler, EpiPen, etc.).
