Who: Registered runners preparing for the 2022 Track season.

What: Sprint, middle-distance, and distance training.

When: We will aim to start and end practice on-time.

Where: Fisher Basin Park (SE 192nd Ave, Camas, WA), shared property with Shahala Middle School. We may train off-site at nearby facilities (Shahala MS Track, Union HS Track, nearby hills, etc.).

Bring/Wear: Runners should attend dressed for the conditions wearing layers they can peal off as they get warm: shorts, sweat bottoms, shirt, long-sleeve shirt, windbreaker jacket, and possibly gloves and hat. They should also bring a water, and any medicines/pharmaceuticals they might need (inhaler, EpiPen, etc.).
