Who: Registered runners preparing for the 2019 Track season.
What: Speed-Endurance training for runners ranging from the 100m to the 2-mile.
When: We will begin at 5:45pm and conclude at 7:15pm. Attendance will be called at 5:45pm, followed by team warm-ups, then dividing into our predetermined groups for training. A cool-down, and stretching to follow, if time allows.
