Practice Location: Lincoln High School (Portland: 1600 SW Salmon St, Portland, OR 97205)

Parking: There is plenty of metered parking along the street(s), and if you're lucky, try parking on the southwest side of the facility (it's free).

Training Emphasis: Middle Distance and Distance training (400m to 3200m), speed-endurance work.
