Welcome to Winter Training!
Who: All athletes registered in Winter Training at Whisper Running.
What: Yoga/Stretching/Mobility Training. Upon arrival, runners should sign-in on the clipboard located on the counter in 258, place their belongings along the wall at the back of the room, and find a place to lay their mat.
When: We will aim to start at 6:00pm and end at 7:00pm. Please arrive 10-minutes, and plan to depart the school by 7:10pm.
Where: Clark College PUB (Penguin Union Building), second floor in 258 B & C. Park or drop-off in parking lot Red 3. Click here to view a campus map.
What to Bring/Wear: Runners must bring their own yoga mat, a beach (size) towel, wearing clothes they can comfortably stretch in. They should also bring a reusable water bottle with them (no plastic water bottles).
