Saturday – Clark College, 8:30-10:30am

Who: Registered runners preparing for the 2019 Track season.

What: Speed-Endurance training for runners ranging from the 100m to the 2-mile.

When: Running based activities from 8:30-9:30am, with cross training to follow until 10:30am.

Where: O'Connell Sports Center at Clark College, room OSC 135 (main gym).
