Wednesday – Clark College, 6:15-7:15pm

Who: Registered middle school and high school runners preparing for the 2019 Track season.

What: Stretching Class for both Sprinters (100m-400m) and Distance (800m-2 mile) runners.  Please being a Yoga mat.

When: Please arrive by 6:10pm so we can get into the room and start on-time.  We will finish right at 7:15pm.

Where: Clark College, PUB (Penguin Union Building) room 258 B/C.
