Practice Location: Drop-off at Hudson’s Bay High school Track for both Sprinters and Distance runners. Practice will end around 6:45pm. We will have a team meeting for the JO runners from 6;45-7:30pm in the small gym at Clark College, which is where pick-up will be. If your child is not running JO’s, they are still invited, but they might be a tad bored. We will be discussing race goals and then performing some visualization.
Please get into the habit of bringing a bag (sling bag or similar) with an extra layer for warmth, a water bottle, a headlamp, and a reflective vest.
