Who: Registered runners preparing for the 2019 Track season.
What: Speed-Endurance training for runners ranging from the 100m to the 2-mile.
When: To ensure the most effective use of our time, attendance will be taken at 6:05pm, at which time we begin our warm-up, divide into predetermined groups, and complete the track workout of the day.
