Thursday - Hudson's Bay Track, 5:45-7:00 (Sprints & Distance)

Practice Location: We will start and finish at the Hudson’s Bay HS track. Running may take place at the following locations:

  • 1k loop around tennis courts.

  • Fort Vancouver Park.

  • Dirt Track on SW corner of E. Reserve St. & E. Mill Plain Blvd.

  • Hudson's Bay HS track.

Please get into the habit of bringing a bag (sling bag or similar) with an extra layer for warmth, a water bottle, a headlamp, and a reflective vest.
