This night we will be reviewing your running schedule for the next 6 (for high school runners) to nine (for middle school runners) weeks. If you’ve received a running schedule from your middle or high school coach, please bring it with you to this meeting. A suggested training plan will be provided for you, which you may blend in with your coaches plan, use entirely, save for another time, or toss. A training overview will also be discussed so you know what sort of mileage to be getting in while not at Whisper.
