Run: 8:30-9:30am consisting of the L2B route/loop.

Trail Trash Clean-Up: 9:30-10:30am, Post-Run Lacamas Heritage Trail clean-up. Coach Dave will bring trash bags and we will begin on the east side of LHT and work our way westward to the west parking lot of LHT. Parents can pick up their child at the west side of LHT. Bring an extra dry shirt/jacket that you can put on after the run, plus gloves for the clean-up.

Practice Location: Round Lake in Camas, WA.

Parking: Parking or drop-off may take place on the north side of Round Lake, near the start of Camas High School home cross-country races. Use the address for Lacamas Lake Kayaks will take you to the shared parking lot. The address of Lacamas Lake Kayaks is NE 35th Ave, Camas, WA. Round Lake is the location of the bridge, where the kids jumped from on the second to last day of summer training.
