2022 PeaceHealth AppleTree Marathon, Half Marathon & Sunset 5K
Event Information
RACE DATE: September 17 & 18 2022
LOCATION: 1101 Officers Row, Vancouver, WA
ABOUT THE EVENT: Join us for our 5nd Annual PeaceHealth AppleTree Marathon. This "Run Through History" will take you on a flat, fast and scenic course through Fort Vancouver, Officer's Row, the Army Barracks, Pearson Airport - the oldest operating airport in the USA, the Historical Old Apple Tree, along the majestic Columbia River and many other historical vantage points.
RACE DAY SCHEDULE:
September 17th Sunset 5K 6:00pm Start
September 18th 7:00am Marathon Start, 8:00AM Half Marathon Start
EXPO/Vendor set up info
Saturday: 4pm – 8:00PM
Sunday: 6:00AM – 2:00PM (or until our last participant finishes)
EXPO LAYOUT: Expo will be on grass just down from the white gazebo. Let us know when you arrive and we will get you situated.
UNLOADING AND LOADING: Please bring a hand truck or other wheeled devices for bringing your tent, etc. to your location if necessary. When you arrive for setup, please check in with Becca or Karissa.
ELECTRICITY: Electricity is available on a limited basis. Please be sure you’ve coordinated ahead of time if you need electricity.
TENTS: We assume that you will bring your own tent. A branded tent will draw attention to your booth, if you have one to use.
TABLES & CHAIRS: Vendors should bring their own table and chairs and weights for their space.
PARKING: Parking lot is available at the old Vancouver Library parking lot and Hudson Bay High School. Please come early enough to drive into the event area to unload all your things, and then you can move your car after.
Swag/Giveaways: If you would like to include swag in our goody bags or are planning giveaways during the event, please let me know as soon as possible. Swag for goody bags needed by 9/13/22
