Practice Location: Parking lot next to the skateboard area at Pacific Park (dogpark).  You'll be working with Coach Bob Williams of Clark College performing a workout written by Coach Dave.  Coach Bob is a wise man and a track and field guru.  Soak up as much knowledge as you can from him!
