Today's training will take place at Pacific Park. We will start from my house (text me for location if needed - 360-989-0935), and the workout will begin following a 1.5-mile WU, dynamics, light stretching if desired, and strides. As always, Tuesday workouts will consist of longer intervals (usually 600m-1k), totaling 2.5-3.25 miles of interval work, then whatever the kids have left for CD (cool down). Pace of work will be determined by current level of fitness, previous performance marks, and 2017 goals.
